Sitel (सितेल) is a village in Ghat tehsil of Chamoli district in the Garhwal division of Uttarakhand, India. It lies at roughly 1,865 metres above sea level, in the middle hills belt of Garhwal. As the crow flies it is about 146 km from Dehradun and 27 km from Gopeshwar, the district headquarters. The nearest town is Tharali (23 km). Ghat tehsil has 95 villages listed on My Haldwani.
