Girachola (गिरचोला) is a village in Almora tehsil of Almora district in the Kumaon division of Uttarakhand, India. It lies at roughly 1,567 metres above sea level, in the middle hills belt of Kumaon. As the crow flies it is about 51 km from Haldwani and 11 km from Almora, the district headquarters. The nearest town is Jageshwar (8 km). Almora tehsil has 485 villages listed on My Haldwani.
