Godi (गोदी) is a village in Chaukhutia tehsil of Almora district in the Kumaon division of Uttarakhand, India. It lies at roughly 1,003 metres above sea level, in the lower river valleys belt of Kumaon. As the crow flies it is about 75 km from Haldwani and 42 km from Almora, the district headquarters.
