Khagyar (खग्यार) is a village in Ranikhet tehsil of Almora district in the Kumaon division of Uttarakhand, India. It lies at roughly 1,279 metres above sea level, in the middle hills belt of Kumaon. As the crow flies it is about 41 km from Haldwani and 20 km from Almora, the district headquarters. The nearest town is Ranikhet (7 km). Ranikhet tehsil has 317 villages listed on My Haldwani.
