Delivery Policy

Everything sold on My Haldwani is digital. We don’t ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery wait.
- Your access code appears on screen the moment your payment succeeds.
- We also email it to you, usually within a few minutes.
- Enter the code on the course or product page to unlock everything, on up to 3 of your devices.
1. What you receive

| A course (Kumaoni for Kids, Yoga, a Veda, or any course in the library) | An access code that unlocks every unit, quiz and certificate of that course on its page on myhaldwani.in. |
| A bundle (all four Vedas, or the all-courses pass) | One access code that unlocks every course in the bundle. |
| A Digital Store product (guides, calendar, design packs, tools) | An access code that unlocks the product page, where you can view, use or download it. |
2. How and when it is delivered
- On screen: straight after payment, on the checkout page, with a button to start.
- By email: to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Please check your spam or promotions folder too.
Content is accessed online at myhaldwani.in. You need an internet connection and a modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
3. How long access lasts
Your code works for as long as the course or product is offered on My Haldwani, on up to 3 of your own devices. If we ever stop offering something you bought, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email so you can finish or download it.
4. Didn’t get your code?
If you don’t see your code within 1 hour of paying, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we will send it to you, or refund you if the order can’t be completed.
